Deposits & Reservations

30% of total rent is required as deposit to confirm weekly reservations. Spring, fall and winter - a day's deposit is required. Reservations made by phone or email will be held 7 business days. No refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Guests must pay for all dates confirmed. Balance due upon arrival. Cash, check or online payment available (online payment fees apply).

 

CANCELLATIONS

Summer deposits are non-refundable unless cabin can be re-rented. Then, your deposit less a 25% cancellation fee will be refunded. Spring, fall and winter - if you provide more than a 30-day notice, your deposit less a 25% cancellation fee will be refunded. Less than a 30-day notice, your deposit less a 25% cancellation fee will be refunded only if vacancy can be filled.

 

Snowmobile Cancellations

Cancellations due to absence of snow (trails must be closed), your entire deposit will be credited to a future reservation made within a year.

 

RENTALS

Rentals include a 14-ft. aluminum boat and/or docking space for your boat. Each rental is furnished and equipped with automatic gas heat, gas range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, DirecTV, shower, picnic table, lawn chairs, campfire pit and outdoor charcoal grill. Also furnished are blankets, pillows, linens and cooking & eating utensils. Highchair and pack & play available at no extra cost. Rentals come with starter supply of toilet paper and garbage bags. Please bring your own bath and kitchen towels.

  • 8HP Motors, Fishing Boats and Pontoon Boat Rental - advanced reservations recommended.

  • No smoking - Smoking is not permitted in buildings.

  • No pets allowed.

 

Arrival Time & Dates

During the summer season, there are only weekly rentals beginning and ending on Saturday. Check-in after 3:00PM. Check-out by 9:00AM.

Off-season times flexible. Daily rentals accepted for spring, fall and winter with a 2-night minimum stay. 3-night minimum stay at the Lodge.
